Barbara Shafer - Big Falls

Barbara Shafer Big Falls Dated May 11, 2017 Watercolor and Charcoal Barbara Shafer has a B.F.A. in Sculpture from the Rhode Island School of Design and an M.F.A in Painting from the University of Cincinnati. She has taught in the Art Departments of both Stout and UWEC and held an executive position with The Arc Eau Claire, an advocacy organization providing services for people with cognitive disabilities. Barbara considers herself both a visual artist and a modern dancer and has many one person shows of her paintings throughout Wisconsin and presents her choreography at Chalice Stream in Ladysmith. She shares both a painting studio and a dance studio in Banbury Place, Eau Claire. Her paintings are in many private collections throughout the country.
